I agree that it was great. Definitely not as good as I had hoped it would be and the ending for sure left me feeling unfulfilled, but overall, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The ending was really the only major blemish to me (a big one, to be fair)

I don’t understand why you can’t understand that there are people who enjoy things that you don’t for valid reasons. I think if I’m being objective for a moment, it was not one of the best GOT seasons, but the highs were high enough to the point where I had fun watching it. Wish I could rewatch it again for the first time tbh. That entire scene where Dany is destroying King’s Landing and Jon and the others are invading the city was f***ing awesome. The sell swords getting obliterated at the gate was cool as s***. I still rewatch that scene from time to time. There are a few others that I return to here and there. Enough to make me feel good about it, despite the s***ty ending

Aint nobody following s*** 😭 I just dont see anything redeeming about the last season minus how some of the scenes were shot. If you originally enjoyed the show for it’s substance and quality, then there is no reason for you to call season 8 great.
