I’m 6 hours in and I don’t think I can do this to myself anymore. Awful writing. RPG elements suck. Combat sucks. Just the setting is what is has going for it.. horrible quest design as well. Horizon zero dawn compadion earlier is accurate but I think this is actually worse

BabaláwoMaybe cause I primarily play JRPGs, and aRPGs but I feel like all games have repetitiveness in them after 40 or so hours. So I dont really get the critique.
None of the “repetitive” things I’ve seen y’all talk about in the game are much of a problem imo, and I put in 80~ hours. Like the most tedious thing that I started to really get annoying with, was feeding and grooming all the creatures you captured. Most of the puzzles n locks that you open take like 30 seconds to 2 minutes at most.
You're right it'd why I rarely finish games they all get repetitive you just gotta be interested by the story and world enough

I mean I hate most open world games so don’t take my opinion to heart on this one lol. This one has lots of things going against it just from its genre for me

you liked Red dead right? I know you liked GTA V to some degree. I know Hogwarts is an Open World game but its more Creed formula right or are the side quest substantial better than main quest line?
I will likely never play this game but discourse has been interesting.

Love both red dead’s and all gta’s. Huge rockstar fan and how their open worlds are

Yeah the environment is definitely cool. The story/characters hasn't kept me engaged enough but I'll complete it at some point
