Thank god for the added matchmaking in raids, just did ch 3 in like 5 min with one guy who had done it like 50 times
Am i the only one thinks that the game kinda falls apart in act 3. The snow area looks terrible especially if you played rdr 2 and lou 2. Also the pacing is kinda weird, while the combat gets kinda repititive at this game. Side missions became a drag too. But the story Ending was nice
Game went from a 9 to 8.5 at this point.
I am in the second part and I’m already finding that it’s dragging.

That’s the ending wtf. There’s only like 1-2 hours before the game ends once you get to the snow area
Also isn’t act 3 when you unlock the best side missions?
that’s when the character arcs of ishikawa and masako reach their end. The writing is GOAT for those convos, wraps up their characters so well.

yeah thats what im saying the ending feels rushed. Also the mission design is very bland, really open worldish and feels uninspired in the last missions. The 2 charcter arcs were good, but there tons of other quests which have dragged the game out unnecessarily. Besides the character arcs of Yuriko, Masako and the Sensi + the mythical quests i dont remember any side quests lol and there A TON of them in the game.
The story was also predictable as f***. Besides the ending nothing really stood out for me.
In the next game they need to take Red Dead as role model. Less side quests but more memorable ones.
Nonetheless its a good game, the sequel has the potential to be a real classic
I swear I've played like 10-12 hours and barely done any story missions lol the side missions are so much fun. The musician side stories are great.
Anyone did a kurosawa walkthrough?
Thinking about this as second WT
im doing second playthrough kurosawa aswell
im not even done with first but im on act 3 and i'll do the side quests
the NG+ will be kurosawa

Kurosawa + lethal mode
Kurosawa + lethal mode
eh
i dont really wanna sweat it out
maybe once i get a PS5, the 60fps alone will make me wanna try lethal mode
otherwise i dont care as much
Just finished it
11 hours in and still on Act 1
I'm def taking a slow burn approach to this game
Ending spoilers
I did not expect to face Shimura at the ending that was wild although it made sense and it was where the story was bound to go.
I let him live, against his wishes, I felt like that was the better ending.

S*** was frustrating the whole game with this nigga
love how theres no map tho
you're really just appreciating what's in front of you
I hate it tbh
I wish there was a map HUD (or at least the option to turn it on) cause some times the wind be going
