Just keep playing Jesus, how tf you gonna call a game a waste of $60 when you’re only on the first mission tf. That’s like saying red dead 2 is garbage because the first hour or two is slow.
They most certainly could of improved that section. First impressions and all. Stop shilling

That guy ain’t shilling, most games do have a slow start that builds
Game makes open world fun to me. The world is filled with stuff and all the collective stuff and hidden stuff are made uncomplicated to find unlike other games that make it seem impossible to find s*** in the map. I can easily see myself 100% this game.
Combat is amazing, the world is beautiful, side missions are great. The story isn't special but still got alot of heart to it.
Game def needs alittle more polishing, but I can't wait for Suckerpunch's next game, hope its a sequel to this somehow..I know they'll make an even better game than this
You described one of my favorite things about this game: it’s complex, but not complicated.
There was so much to do, but they didn’t make it hard to figure out how to do it or leave it to chance like a lot of games seem to do. Liberating all the camps in an area rewarded you with showing you the undiscovered locations.

its not shilling lmao tf. i swear some of you overuse and throw that word around constantly for no reason. im just saying that you shouldnt call a game a "waste of money" just by playing literally the first mission when you have damn near 20-30 hours of story that builds up.
That one OST there, “the way of the ghost”, is so f***ing sad. It makes me want to cry, and I never even played this game. You can literally feel sacrifice, loss & burden through it.
Itachi vibes off the rip

I have PTSD from that track
This game f***in blows and boring af
I’m on the first mission, there’s no way the enemies don’t see us
F***in lame wasted $60 on this s***
Nigga you just suck at games! Always complaining

If you having trouble with the easy AI that's built to be dumb for the first mission then yea you wasted money on this game lol.
Playing this game for a long time. Really taking my time with it. I’m still on act one lol

Same, I feel like I’ll be going into Act 2 way too OP
Lol same same. Just got to the beginning of act 2 but I’m doing all the act one mission firsts. I don’t have too too much though
this game was insanely fun, but that doesn't mean it doesnt have a bit of flaws as well.
positives:
1. some of the best combat i've ever played in a game like this. never once got bored, and its insanely satisfying.
2. the story was good, the side missions were good.
3. the graphics were insanely good at certain moments. fighting in the white flowers while getting a perfect parry off and instantly killing your enemy and wiping your blade after is one of the most beautiful moments.
4. character development was also amazing
5. the 3 different areas were different enough so they didn't feel like they were copy and pasted.
6. standoffs are also challenging at certain points.
7. enemies get harder not becuase, they give them more health or damage, but because they get harder as you progress throughout the game, (different moves, different abilities, etc.)
8. upgrade system is amazing, some of the best ive seen in any game.
9. the armor in the game is also beautiful. (ghost armour >)
10. assassinating is really fun, but playing as a samurai is better.
negatives:
1. the "boss" fights get boring after a while; keep reusing moves, (NOT MAJOR)
2. "liberating" areas is fun, but also just copy and paste, save refugees, kill all enemies, etc. (major)
3. camera was atrocious at times, but amazing at times. (NOT MAJOR)
4. sometimes in cutscenes the game looked much worse than actual gameplay (i was playing on ps4, not pro) (NOT MAJOR)
5. game wasn't as hard as i wanted it to be, i was playing on hard i wish there was something harder tho. (they didnt add the new difficulty when i played) (KINDA MAJOR)
6. moments when the game got too easy even where i'd just be able to run down enemies.. (maybe its because it was easy for me) (kinda major)
overall : 7.5/8 / 10
please tell me there's an all white strawhat
i need it and jin will be the coldest murderer out
Finished the game last night. What a great game. Has some minor flaws but overall it's a 9/10 for me. Looking forward to next Game of Sucker Punch.

Pretty much agree with everything here, although the story didn’t really grab me like that tbh.
I can really say without hesitation that this game has the best combat out of all open world games though, seems like other open world games can just never get this right
I’m a little wary about this cause y’all said RDR2 and TLOU2 were good and it ended up being boring trash. Might just wait for the sale
this is far cry in feudal japan basically. finished it today and already put it up on ebay. not something i would want to go back to after single playthrough, unlike TLOU
