I’m crying lol NOBODY likes cracker island

I enjoyed it it has a bunch of nice tracks

My favorite track off of this album. Finally got around listening to the new one a few times, could cutting 2-3 tracks make it better? Do I need to dive into these tracks and read the lyrics to see if they bring anything to the table for the theme of the album?

I place it the bottom half of their discography, but I do think it's sorta the peak for the "Damon gets bored while milling around" Gorillaz albums in terms of its concept. I like The Now Now as an album more, but really enjoy the whole Pink Cult storyline surrounding Cracker Island. It's more fun than "2D recorded an album while on tour" and we got SO MUCH art.

Album is nice not super impressive but damn i got that intro song stuck in my head 24/7 such a beautiful piece of music
