But I disagreed with what he said that these episodes don't fit with Atlanta's narrative
But I think we'll still get a lot of character development in second half of season, I trust the writers with the direction this season is going
Word it definitely fits with Atlanta’s narrative. I’m still not sure why people go into the show expecting to laugh, it’s not a comedy it just has humor sprinkled in. And by now niggas should know the show isn’t plot heavy.
But yea my only complaint is the lack of the main 4, I can’t recall any past episodes where someone from the main 4 wasn’t included. Even FUBU was about Earn & paperboy as kids.

FamDo some of you realise that you're just 'upset' with the show because it's not conforming to the idea that you've put in your head of what it should be? Your attachment to your illusory idea is robbing you of the enjoyment you could've had, had you just chosen to sit and deal with what it actually is presenting itself to be, rather than what you want it to be.
Not trying to attack anyone btw. It's just that I'm clearly seeing this being their greatest season so far, yet it's not reaching some people as it should. Is that really on the show though?
This is good but not better than 2. Hell no.

I think part of certain people (coughcoonsandwhitepeoplecough) not understanding this episode (and really this season) is that...as a society people do not really understand how egregious slavery as a whole really was.
Like.....deadass 90% of the issues that the African American community are going through today you can actually attribute it someway back to slavery for real for real.

Nearly nobody voted for Marianne Williamson in 2020 primaries. She is the first Democrat to have a full on plan on black reparations in USA. She was the most googled person after first debate. And then hit pieces came down on her in abundance. Presumably, from the powerful elites, Biden and such. People could have still voted for her but they vote against themselves all the time.
