1. YT has his own case with d*** charges and violent offenses. the ‘gang’ part of his charges are the least of his worries and likely something he will eventually plea down and cop to, no matter what his lawyer is saying now.

2. the only reason those guys ‘admitted YSL is a gang’ is bc those were essentially the only charges levied against them and as part of their special plea (Alford) to walk completely free they had to speak to those specific charges briefly in court as a formal part of the process. they had no other requirement as part of their release. and it has no effect on any other defendant bc it’s not real testimony, it’s a formality as part of a process to relieve both parties of responsibility and move forward without a case.
