It's funny that people in this thread think they know more than the police who've been building this case for 7 years. They knew they had nothing on Gunna, but he served his purpose towards building a stronger case against the real YSL members. Thug was always the main target. Gunna and other witnesses will be used as evidence to bring him down.
I believe he cooperated in some capacity based on the timing and how RICO's usually work.

if getting what you need is him admitting YSL is a gang and that the d**** & guns werent his, thats kinda weak. you’re not acknowledging the fact that he wont be able to testify, or take part in the trial. it was always going to be hard to beat that YSL is a gang, so admitting to that isnt really much. Thug can still say that the guns & d**** werent his either

huh???? admitting that YSL is a gang is what the DA wants. That's the core part of the RICO. This will be used against YSL.
Gunna just sold them out by admitting that and theres video of him in the court room doing it.
I like Gunna and im actually happy he's free cuz i dont think hes deeply involved like that but he cooperated.
