realistically i dony think this is enough to get the charges dropped, but it may contribute to a reduction. it might be enough to get a SINGLE charge dropped on a technicality. however they'd have to prove this single piece of inconsistently obtained evidence was the case for the entire string of RICO Charge(s) - obviously not the case as there's other evidence being presented by the state.
