It does. He's a conglomerate of regional traditions which he isn't actually apart of his, he showcases a lot of flashy technique/ability, and a lot of the time what he's saying is kind of whatever.
His voice, flow, taste in influences and producers is superior though.

regional traditions from what? i never listened to freddie and thought he sounded like this or that, theres barely even any notable rappers from indiana for you to even imply hes borrowing from said other regions
