maybe I’m wrong but most of these look like colorful jewelry to me. The designs are too different to say it’s a ripoff and it feels like a reach to imply that it goes beyond inspiration.

I mean who wasn't aware that the designs were built off the back of 2000s era designs. Most things from that era looked like that (hence the cingular logo comment that's common lol)
