I thought Br540 was way too sweet for me. Extrait smelled a bit better to me. Maybe I need to try again. But I was much more impressed with Oud and amyris homme last time. Got grid charnel coming in too

yeah both are great and i can say they’re both worth sampling it’s really personal preference

ik ppl praise this about 540 extrait, but it wasn’t the case on me:

the longevity and projection is abysmal

you prolly got nose blind to it i thought longevity was low on me me but my cousin smelled it on me 12 hours later

im at a college football game and they put me on the jumbotron and they can see my fit but they can’t see my br540 😔

Noseblind. It's a common issue with 540. Internet is full of people not being able to smell it on themselves because of the heavy dose of ambroxan in it. It lasts all day and the scent trail it leaves behind you is unbelievable

grand soir felt amazing to me bc it felt like the projection was insane. I would stop smelling it on myself then randomly throughout the day it would come back like waves

I wear a fake and people have complimented me 6+ hours after spraying. S*** is eternal, especially on clothes. Also constantly smell it at work, in shops, when people walk past me in the city. Probably one of the best performing fragrances out there

With a lot of super strong perfumes you’ll think the performance is bad but in reality as mentioned you’re just noseblind. With several perfumes (Inc. 540 extrait & side effect), I’ll swear they disappear after an hour but 7 hours later I’ll have people complementing me. Oud Satin Mood prob legit the only perfume I can still smell on me after 12 hours, that s*** is insane
