so i got around to trying gris extrait today just spraying it on my wrist being in the house and i personally prefer the edp over extrait.

extrait is darker, deeper, warmer, and stronger. the fig and tea is still there but it’s less sweet and airy with more more emphasis on the woody notes, vanilla, and cardamom. longevity for both is great lasted all day. where the edp is very unisex i think extrait leans more towards feminine in the way how tom ford black orchid divides people on if it’s unisex or feminine. has such a slight passing resemblance to dior homme intense for a moment but less chocolate and more fruit and earthy smells. sampling this makes me want to explore more fig fragrances. i like it a lot but im not getting a bottle of this rather getting the regular one both great tho the regular is just more my vibe

Specific season tho? Or looking for a year rounder?

Personally I vastly prefer the extrait

All year rounder or fall/winter. I’m in the northeast so cold to mid weather most of the year

Rasasi better to me than Tuscan Leather and Ombré leather. much stronger too and loved the smokiness

Br540 gotta be the biggest compliment getter ever. People literally chase after you for the name

Oud Satin Mood is great aswell, however its too strong for me
