I agree he’s tweaking. 13 is by far the worst major title in the series. 15 and 7R aren’t close to the classics but still way better. X is a classic imo

13's saving grace is the music and aesthetics. The gameplay can get fun at times but it takes way too long for it to open up and when does you're pretty much at the end of the game. Also the characters and story are not good!
