A detective on the stand today said he believes that Asa Houston (OTF Boogie) is the driver, and that Kacey Hester (OTF JAM), Keith Jones (Flacka), and David Lindsey (Browneyez) are the shooters.

There was a GPS on the white BMW that surveillance shows OTF Vonnie was using that has the exact times the car was in use.

The 5th witness was the lead detective.

Video surveillance from around shooting led him to identifying a White BMW and a white Infiniti

White Infiniti had a fake plate, so dead end there.

White BMW was eventually traced back to VEM Exotic Rentals

Owner at VEM had no rental records and was reluctant to show video surveillance - police got search warrant for VEM surveillance system.

(Detective noted there was a picture on the wall of VEM of Durk and VEMs owner)

Surveillance video shows BMW being retuned on 8/20

VEM owner tells detectives he has GPS on all his vehicles.
Detectives get GPS log and see BMW was 2 blocks away from shooting when it happened

They are also able to see BMW went to In-N-Out 30-35 mins after shooting.

Surveillance from In-N-Out shows 3 people getting out and talking to people in Black Escalade.

From the group, 3 people go inside In-N-Out to order food.

One of the 3 has a pair of pants that says “Rags to Riches”

Detective googles the clothing line and sees it’s only sold in Chicago at 2 boutiques stores.

He calls Chicago PD

Chicago PD looks at all of the pictures and identifies Deandre Wilson aka DeDe.

They give LAPD Dede’s Instagram

LAPD sees these pics and determine Jam looked similar to surveillance

Detective sends search warrant to Delta airlines, United, Southwest and spirit requesting any flights to LA with Dedes name and DOB.

He gets a hit with United.

United says he didn’t fly into LA, he flew into San Diego on August 18th and he flew with 2 other people: Keith Jones and David Brian Lindsey.

And when Dede left: he left with Jones, Lindsey, Asa Houston and Jam

Detective gets airport surveillance of them arriving - and compares it to surveillance video from shooting.

Jam is the one who had very distinct black pants, with rips and the words “rags to riches” on them - and he had on RED SHOES.

His outfit off the plane and during the shooting.

Detective do side by side and are also able to identify David Lindsey and Keith Jones from in -n-out and airport surveillance.

The 3 of them are identified as the shooters

With gps data from the BMW, detectives get video surveillance from all of the locations the car traveled - and what they find is everywhere the BMW traveled, the white Infiniti was close by - and they were both right after the Black Escalade Rondo and Robinson were in

According to govmt - after defendants arrived in San Diego, they went to Level Hotel (where Rondo was supposed to be staying) around 9:06p and begin circling.

Rondo, Robinson +1 more person don’t arrive until 11:44p and go upstairs.

White BMW is seen on video circling, parking, etc until 1:06am

White infinite arrives around 12:28am

After circling, BMW goes to the house Durk is staying at

-- Durk had been renting it since July 1st and had rental agreement until October 1st

Next morning, BMW leaves Durks house at 8:30a and arrives at Rondos hotel around 9:20a.
