because:1. He was motivated by psychological thrill or pleasure (as seen on his twitter)
2. He often lacked empathy and guilt (seen in his interviews)
3. Murdered three or more people in separate events over a period of time

to me King Von is the perfect encapsulation of how poverty and violence mold some of the most hurt people in our community. I also this makes his story A Great Tragedy for everyone involved

plenty of black people thrive out of those conditions every day. Now, there are some serious injustices that are latent to the black community with respect to financial opportunity, that play a huge role in black people's life chances, but you simply cannot allow that to motivate one's desire to live a life of crime.

if you are born into a life of adverse poverty and circumstance, while that sucks, life isn't fair. You can't just lean into a life of crime and murder because you were born in a s***ty environment. Life don't work like that.
