I thought I made it clear my issue is more a stylistic one than a moral one. To me, biting the cadence of the person who previously beat your opponent is worse than questionable accusations
When I say Meet the Grahams tried to recreate Adidon I’m not even just talking the angles, it’s really the whole beat choice and the whole flow
Way closer to mother I sober

Oh please. Not doing this with yall. The parallels between grahams and Adidon are obvious yall are not gonna act like it’s a reach or tin foil

TSOA had push talk rapping and then getting louder and more intense as the track went on?

That’s not what happened, the final verse does that on grahams which is typical for Kendrick, but not the whole song, you mischaracterized that, this isn’t One Mic. no the pusha track didn’t have that one hallmark of Kendrick’s work that he does on countless songs. To use that one difference to try to distract from the many similarities is laughable.

That's not what u said tho. So your point is moot

What’s not what I said? You brought up a different point, you didn’t catch me in anything…You don’t think any piece of the song was Kendrick channeling push? Like it’s clear as day on certain lines

U said he copied TSOA on flow. Push didn't use that flow. Yes both beats have pianos but that's hardly unique. The entirety of Morale has pianos

And Push wasn't even the first to use TSOA's beat, so what are we really talking about here

Nothing. He's just baiting. But I felt like having a lil fun
That whole day was crazy for hip hop

Damn you did say flow yikes
Entire first page of the Ktard glazers that live in the iceman thread sunrise to sundown
Song about drakes fake daughter was the best moment of their lives
I’m crying man
That whole day was crazy for hip hop
Reminded people of Rap’s dominance in pop culture
Saw a steady decline in Rap is dead threads

The songs aren’t even the same tone lmao
MTG is literally trying to sound like a horror movie scene
Push just used The Story of OJ beat because the relevance of the sample in it. It has almost no similarities to MTG
They’re both just slower disses so you’re trying to act like they’re the same thing. The flows and delivery especially aren’t the same at all

TSOA isnt even really structured like a song either. It's more like a freestyle. MTG had distinct verses and a hook where the beat changed
Argument’s been done to death but
FM > MTG
FM being as good as it is showed Drake’s veteran level in beef and narratives
Kendrick dropping songs back to back showed he’s better in both regards
An average rapper confronted with Euphoria, MTG, 6:16 and NLU would have killed themselves publicly

Yeah MTG is written like a deep album cut

Now you just sound ridiculous
Story of OJ beat worked on multiple levels. There was the topical relevance but push also was able to use it as a great boogie man soundtrack and I don’t think that was lost on anyone in real time. He really recontextualized that beat on some evil s*** and yall know it. And I don’t think yall would deny that if you weren’t put in a position where you feel like acknowledging it would take away from Kendrick. It really does upset me when yall are this obtuse

What exactly does this take away from Kendrick?
What exactly does this take away from Kendrick?
I didn’t say it did. But I feel like sometimes if I say something like “Kendrick pulled some influence from Adidon for MTG”, k bots get defensive and deny it hard. Because they feel like acknowledging an influence or pattern would take away from him, so they deny and say his s*** is fully unique and original

If really is sad that your response to similarities is to mention random things that aren’t the same
Like no s*** dog, not everything in the songs are identical
That’s like if you say “this car is sky blue” and I say “no it’s not the sky actually has clouds”. Like do you not understand how dumb you sound? Pathetic
