what made you go so hard on the dk-core lately
No idea, just decided to finally
I can listen to SSLP and MMLP every here and there, but like I had said, very little replay value in shock-rap. Main reason I'm removing my MMLP vote. Can't vote for something I can't enjoy on the same level for multiple listens in a row
Dumb decision
Can't think of another prolific artist besides Tom Waits who peaked creatively 10+ years into their career

Rust Never Sleeps came out 13 years into Neil's career and proved that he wasn't just another boomer that was gonna fade away
Rockin In The Free World came out 22 years in and has to be one of the biggest rock and roll hits anyone's had that deep into their career
But yes Tom's 90s were insanely strong for how old he was. The age helped if anything, whereas most singers lose the power over the years.

I was thinking Swordfishtrombones - Rain Dogs - Franks Wild Years as his peak. He still probably getting cheques in the mail for "Downtown Train" alone
