He's occasionally funny but mostly he's just a mentally ill dork that makes some sick beats
I don't blame you for not wanting to ride the rollercoaster that is keeping up with dude

nerds were trying to dogpile us
Drunken Angel's up there with Heat and Gangs of New York for me. Just personal movies that changed me.

yuh album was cool on release and has some cool prod creds but overall it's a pretty vapid endeavor lyrically and Ty has never been a strong enough artist for me to like a whole album with him on it, + the Vultures albums really are the pinnacle of Nazi-Ye and after the album is done I feel tired from how lifeless and hateful everything about it feels.
give me jik and donda all day over that crap

It great. Just got to Kurosawa's first films in my dust thread. Looking forward revisiting all his stuff.

Daniel has a new movie out that his son directed. He's an army veteran in hiding with PTSD from fighting the IRA during the bombing days and he just gets drunk and dances around to Neil Young and Black Sabbath deep cuts off grid in the middle of the woods
it was funny as f*** to see
He gets pretty intense too though and conjures his Daniel Plainview/Butcher Bill energy

As far as the specific history of our area, not really. Y'all got settled out east way before us so it all fur trader, first nations, gold rush s*** up until relatively recently.
McCabe & Mrs Miller and The Revanent were both shot around my town just North of Vancouver though if that counts.
