you'll get used to the adlibs and wrestling lines/skits, it just adds to his charisma. Beat selection is always on point with some of the raps best. But even if Westside isnt your fav Conway and Benny also got some heat. Mach-Hommy and Boldy James were/are affiliated too.

@Koala that album just still goes, dont think they were ever gonna top that one. the pv stuff before it was amazing too but that album is special
@Lawdie yeah when ye and ksg dropped i wasnt posting much and for once for a release was out of the ye hypemachine. it was between that and pablo tbh for this one, it was tough. definitely opened itself up to me heavy. peak kanye duality boiled down to its essentials. super simplistic, immediate and nothing but the man himself. ghost town and the original version of i thought about killing you top 5 ye
this just reminds me how flat the (second half of) the updated version of ITAKY is

Yeah I can’t even rly give Ye much credit on that, Cudi and his producers had more credits on the album overall than him and his guys.

"4th Dimension" and "Freeee" are the only songs that really favor Kanye's style on that joint. "Fire" and the last 3 are undoubtedly Cudi creations... not sure about the opening track though

The opener has Ye credited, but also Plain Pat. And then there’s guys like cashmere cat, Vernon, Francis and the lights who worked on it as well

Curious what @Aruji thinks because he's the only one here who's rated it?
Might not be able to watch it tho because I cant find it anywhere online or on any of the streaming services in decent quality. Torrents don’t work on my computer anymore for some reason, so I can’t go that route.

yeah. The album didn't impress me that much on consecutive listens. Might be their weakest afaic but I need more listens.

It is perhaps Fellini's most excessive and hilarious film. It is definitely the opposite to La dolce vita's mild mannered surrealism and closer to Holy Mountain or Fellini's own Satyricon. The message itself "hedonism is empty" might be a bit banal (sure, there is more but that's the main thing) but the visuals are what it's for. As tongue-in-cheek as it gets.
Iirc the story structure is a bit hindered by it being a semi-"biopic". I liked it a lot back then though.
It's on my rewatch list nonetheless.

Haven't seen Casanova but Satyricon was the gayest film I ever saw, borderline p***ographic
