I've spent a lot of time deciding on the rules and weighing the positives and negatives. 2 felt just right based on voting history and artist voting distribution.

10 different artists in the top 10 is a bit harsh but necessary. I know 95% would understand and agree with the ruleset. Many people already only do 1 per artist by default
