@Galaxy sorry if this has been asked already, but can we vote for a band in one decade and then a solo/off shoot of that band in another?

Like Velvet Undergound in 60s, then Cale, Reed, Nico in the 70s? Or Red House Painters in the 90s, then Sun Kil Moon in 2010s?

Well i read the rules before making my list and it says you cant vote for the same artist in multiple decades, and the examples given are all literally the same artist (Nick Cave, Kanye, etc...)

The rules didnt say anything about voting for solo ventures/off-shoots in addition to the original band, unless im missing something?
