I’m definitely one of those who hated AIM with a passion and while I did like Beep, I was underwhelmed hard with the 2 other singles and ready to write this one off but holy s*** this delivered hard. I actually like The One a lot more in context with the album because it actually sounds quite different to the rest of it.

Overall tho, I’d say this is as strong as her projects pre AIM. Definitely her most readily accessible and pleasing work.

The last couple years he’s been on fire. Really funny episodes and guest appearances on other shows. I still think he’ll clear a lot of this up and it’s being overblown and the show will get back on track. That’s the hope at least.

It was less hot for us than last year bit still some brutal days. Doesn't tags long for us to go from summer to fall to winter

Revisited The Slow Rush. Still their weakest album but it’s better than I remember. I like the more personal existential themes going on but sonically it’s almost too upbeat for that. Some 90’s R&B influence on there that clashes a bit with the mood.
