Elrici dont know why 50s rock hits so hard for me tbh but i could listen to it all day. didnt hear any growing up or anything.

almost seems like the Americans had Elvis shoved down their throats too hard and can't see past the caricature version of him

My parents had the 30 #1 hits comp on repeat when i was a child so all those songs are permanently seared into my brain...and then getting into the deep cuts as i got older was super rewarding...im a fan 👍

Oldest music my parents played was Patsy Cline which probably did acclimate me a bit
