I just finished Jon Bois' new History of the Atlanta Falcons, but the supercut version isn't out yet so it's still in 7 parts

I recently watched that 72 min John Ford interview thats on Criterion's Stagecoach supplements, called "My Name Is John Ford, I Make Westerns", and that was dope

But in the spirit of the top 10 in our 90s results list, i highly recommend Breadcrump Trail, which is the documentary on Slint directed by Lance Bangs (crew member from Jackass). The whole thing is on YouTube here:

I like weird and dumb, just not TOO much

I also really wanna play the first two Grandia games, especially the second one.

I played Grandia 3 when it came out cause it looked cool to me, and i really enjoyed it until about 3/4 of the way through the game and i could not beat this one boss.

But over the years i've noticed that fans of the games consider Grandia 3 to be the s*** entry of the series, which makes me really interested in the previous ones

I never played Grandia. I mostly played Final Fantasy, Zelda and Diablo as far as RPGs go. I never touched Dragon Quest either until the recent one.

Oh damn dragon quest has some GOAT entries in every console gen tbh.

DQ5 is incredible. DQVIII is really fun.

The newest one is awesome too. But it'd be more awesome if they didnt release the second updated version on f***ing switch with all the QoL improvements, and then not let people who bought the first version on PS4 download them for a big discount when it came out on other consoles, or even just patch them f***ing in with a free update because its completely feasible.

I still haven't bought the "Switch version" even tho I really want to replay the game badly, WITH those QoL fixes. I'm trying to wait it out and hope it goes on sale for $5 or something for a week. I just copped MSGV: Phantom Pain for $4.99 goddammit, GIVE ME THE UPDATED DRAGON QUEST ELEVEN FOR THAT PRICE

Yeah, release the "Definitive" version a year later and make people buy it again. That's the industry MO lately. Kojima's already doing a director's cut for Death Stranding... wonder how that's gonna play out.

MGS5 is a f***in masterpiece though. I clocked like 200 hours in that game. It's a big love or hate game with people but I think if you're familiar with the MGS story and soak up everything it has to offer you'll love it.
