RASIE 🎣Sep 9, 2021rviI forgot that he even did that to Feedback. think I just listened to the "final" version of the album like once and decided to keep everything i already had. ever since i've just kinda thought that the changes were minor and mine were slightly better. but that updated Feedback takes it from being one of my favorites on the album to being completely unremarkable
i'm definitely not a disliker of Ye's gospel stuff but the parts on ULB don't do much for me at all. similarly not a disliker of Ye's more minimalist production but ULB's is just meh
Oddly enough, my favorites parts on ULB nowadays are everybody but Ye and Chance haha

He had meetings with Peter Saville to talk about designs pre-Yeezus, and even though they never officially collabed on any covers, it's clear Kanye basically did an updated version of Saville's "Blue Monday" artwork.
(And that 808s x Caroline Shaw remix artwork was def channelling Saville too)
