Lowkey if he wasn’t talking his s*** this album would be better recieved

But also the fact his boasting wasn’t immediately written off by anyone is a testament

london's saviour is great, but i am definitely more impressed with terrified upon initial reaction

and i can chalk that up to maybe just being a lot more familiar with the influences and s*** that he was pulling for that project, but this feels definitely like a "greater feat"

likely too insular of an album to "change music forever", but what mink accomplishes on terrified as it relates to the production and concept is certainly more than enough to justify the ego imo

he's really in a class of his own in that regard

that being said, i am VERY much looking forward to this if it still comes into fruition

just from a depth kinda thing

not to be on a pretentious ting but it just feels like there's a lot more to unpack here INTENTIONALLY

and as someone who already enjoyed the project on first listen, it makes me feels as if i'm gonna like it even more in the future and not the opposite of having it grow off of me

haven't read all the tales, but they seem to connect in tandem to the album as far as the overarching themes of fame and also as a somewhat autobiographical excerpts in regards to the past year of his life and everything that has come with his "descension"—which is how he refers to this said process unlike how it is typically framed as an "ascension"—into fame and notoriety

some of the passages are definitely decorated and dressed up in a poetic nature, but a decent bit is in reference to actual events mink has seemed to experience like his relationships with others now whether it be a girl or his father

i thought roshina wrote the tales

he must know a lot about his bestfriend

i think there's input all from him, rosh, and tina as far as everything

and he said that rosh was there for a lot of what happened when he was in LA so

my indicator as far as telling that apart would be that i think mink uses a lot less decorated and fluffed-up language comparatively to the others

    how so?

Just feels like he made that skit 6mins long for the sake of it. I get that it builds atmosphere but I feel like it could’ve gotten the same thing done in 2-3 mins

  • Songs I favd on this:

    All Eyez on Me
    Like A Virgin
    Hard Candy
    Rewind
    Night Blooming Jasmine
