what are your criticisms for Kendrick as a rapper? I feel like he’s excels at virtually every category we grade rappers on.

He just gets a little too gimmicky with the voices sometimes.

Not saying he's the best ever, but he got a few great storytelling songs. Don't think there's any other mainstream rapper from his era that you can say is better than him when it comes to storytelling/concept songs

it counts but also its 14 years some rappers been dropping concept albums, songs and mixtrapes their whole career with great storytelling
