That’s like the second song he made in his first session with Dre, the day before he signed to interscope
Nah that was always a fan name. Was named Ghost Stories officially and I think one demo called it Being Partners
Wish it got an official release. That song is goated.
I liked MTBMB Side A a lot when it dropped and didn’t enjoy Side B much but I’ve just made a compilation of the two and it may be a top 5 Em album for me now.

It flows so well and cuts so much mid and repeated concepts off the album
Yeah, and let's be clear, if the best songs from Side A and Side B were combined into one album, it would be a top 3 Eminem album in my opinion at least (only behind the MMLP and The Eminem Show)
The MTBMB series as a whole was really good too. For some reason it seems like it still gets slept on a lot (maybe because it was a surprise drop with no roll out for the fans to anticipate it).
To me, this project was the album where Eminem was finding his identity again and having fun with the music again without taking himself so serious all the time, like he was on his previous two projects (Kamikaze and Revival).

When’s it actually dropping?
I guess July 5 if Billboard is correct!
(I didn't know there was a source on the date)
2013 vs 2020 weight gain + beard and he's 10 years younger
Nah thats mad. Surely thay must just be a bad picture of him in 2013.
He looks very unhealthy in the 2013 pic. Was he going through a tough period back then?
gnat kinda mid tho
hate that first instrumental and not crazy for the COVID bars
side b aging pretty well tbh this is fire
What that album has over his other new ones is he's actually rapping over some solid actual rap beats instead of all those pop beats from recovery/mmlp2/revival

his delivery in this is also miles better than revival

the beat at the end where the trumpets come in is weirdly amazing tho. nothing like anything else on the album i have no idea where that came from lmaoo

Phenomenal and walked 20k steps. F***ing great motivation. Love it.
Also hot take, Recovery is actually nostalgic and pretty good. S*** got me through a lot. Excited can't wait for this new album need some new s*** to play.
Fine Line is also massively underrated, great f***in song

the shouting and flow is... so bad
Eh I don't mind the choppy flow or yelling certain songs if they're good lyrically/passionate. I like how personal he gets here, good story about how he's hermetic now and misses the days of old

!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6u9FsHX2b-8One of the few post relapse songs where you really feel the emotion he is trying to convey. It used to be so effortless to him but starting in the recovery era he has been robotic.
This dropping July 5?
