We gotta acknowledge how insane it is that Till I Collapse has become one of Em’s biggest songs and is 8 times platinum despite never being a single and not really taking off until years after release

Like, all of the sales going towards that 8x platinum wouldn’t have even started being accumulated until the digital download era, and even by then it was multiple years old. Now it’s one of his most streamed. Wild

I think his last 3 albums have all been good. And MMLP2 was good. S***, they’re all good except revival

Some of the deluxe cuts on MMLP2 are so underrated too

everyone's spoken to white people who hate hip hop but only like Em. There is a big part of his fanbase who feel like that.

They don't like him because he's white. They like him because he is really talented. But if he wasn't white they wouldn't be able to see that talent, because they can't see the talent of black rappers. I've met so many Em fans like that

Any mainstream rapper is gonna have those fans. Not everyone has to be a fan of every genre. I like artists/bands from genres I never listen to.

Drake is like 3 million behind on singles but Drake just never updates like that.

  • Even if Drake updated his albums he would be down like 20 million. I don't think any rapper will be able to pass that. Physical sales helped Em so much
