i dont have the bandcamp app but yea i think the anti-streaming stuff has more value so i appreciate it. just a little more inconvenient but not the end of the world

On another note☆
Someone shared a Yu Gi Oh card image that looked a lot like our cover. I have to admit, though I’m familiar with Yu Gi Oh, it was a little after my time of watching Shonen anime 😅 so I had never seen the character on the card until today.

Though I wasn’t inspired by Yu Gi Oh for our cover, there is still a little Shonen anime inspiration in this design; the color palette and textures, which were partially inspired by Janemba from one of the 90’s Dragon Ball Z movies.

using the DJ mode from the old Casio keyboards we used in school in quite the trip hard though

track 3 onwards is just insane

beginning of this still easily highlight of this entire era to me, the mixes are def just as essential as the albums imo

also had a powerful relisten the other day of the most recent mix consisting entirely of country mashups. I don't have much of a relationship w that genre but that's rly special stuff. oldschool, proudly heart on the sleeve elysia corn, same energy as those trancendental justin bieber edits

Thuthanaka album is a grower for sure, every listen I experience it as less "noisy" interestingly enough, it's as if the layers of the record slowly unpeel.
