The Ordovis boss is so WHACK and lazy.
I felt the same while fighting him, took me like 2 whole days of trying, not even gonna lie.
But after defeating him & looking back on the fight, I loved how challenging it was & the rewards are pretty great.
Looking back on it, one of my favorite bosses in the game.
Beat Black Blade Kindred at level 80
I just wanted the sword but now that I have it I like Banished Knight moveset better
The AoW hard af tho
Just beat Elden Beast on my 2nd playthrough, this time making a build focused on the Godslayer's Greatsword.
Forgot how cool the fight itself is, really chill and cinematic with the ambiental music.
The way the game sets you up to get revenge on the very first monster that kills you
Bought this game during the holiday sale but I can't download it until the 24th of Jan. Will be my first ever FromSoft game cuz I only played a very little bit of dark souls 2 and abandoned it as a kid
Looking forward to this experience

I’d say this’s a pretty good starting point in the series, if you hit a wall and don’t feel like smashing against it for hours there’s a lot of stuff to help you out. Don’t let nerds peer pressure you out of using mimics if you feel like it.
Been wanting to replay so bad, but this game is so long that it’s hard to justify another playthrough instead of just waiting for the expansion and doing it all in one.

Replays kinda blaze by cause you know where to go and what to skip

Enjoy man
What I would give to be able to play this game again for the first time, it's probably my favorite game ever
I've never played a souls game before this one, except for Bloodborne for like 5 or so hours before giving up, and it's absolutely amazing for Elden Ring to be your first one cause of the freedom it gives you in having a plehtora of ways to go about handling whatever enemy or boss or situation is giving you trouble
After finishing Elden Ring, I went back to Bloodborne and beat it, then Sekiro, so the genre definitely gets its claws under your skin once you get used to the difficulty
The release month of this was pretty rad. Society was still COVID-y so a bunch of us were in here all day shooting the s*** about our experiences running around like headless chickens in ER
fun time

FROM added a new App (Name Unknown) in the DLC section of SteamDB.
It was created 5 days ago, but only today it's been linked to the DLC Section.
It's curious because every "DLC" listed here is preorder or paid content (the Colosseum Update is not listed here).
