At Crumbling Farum Azula rn, 80 hours in so far
I gotta say, the game kinda falls off a bit after Leyndell tbh
A lot of bosses and enemies are just straight rehashes
Mountaintops of the giants, Forbidden Lands, etc. really don't hit the same as Liurnia or Caelid as far as design goes

I dunno, still an amazing game, but I feel like it def lost some steam towards the end and you're just plowin thru to end it, at least thats how I feel

The last stretch (from farum azula til the end) + haligtree are goated too tbh

Its really just the latter half of the mountaintops, consacrated snowfield and mohgwyn palace that are mid, the rest is amazing

the run up (or down) to the haligtree is something else

Haligtree level design is so good, if you're familiar with the level enough and are good at platforming you can reach malenia without glitches in like 5/10 minutes. Its full of dope, risky shortcuts that are so satisfying to pull and even prevent you from fighting many enemies. Only thing i sort of dislike is the final elevator shortcut, basically useless lol

I’m with ya but for me personally they never quite hit the same highs as that entire leyndell stretch. Haligtree is so gorgeous though omg
