Alright Elden Ringers, is there any benefit to letting Melina live? It sounds like she might want to die based on item descriptions, I've got Miquella's Needle so I'd be safe if I went the frenzy route

At this point, no.

bro whyd you call us elden ringers
Some of the rewards are amazing, like this monstrosity (ITEM SPOILER)

Okay i never knew this hood existed it looks both hard AF and goofy imma need that sometime in a NG+ run
For my already existing characters i already got the right drip
Have an INT build based on moon stuff. Which means i'm doing moon spells, main the Moonveil & MLGS while wearing the crescent moon crown from Rennala
And my second char is based on blood, mainly wearing the Mohg robe but that smaller version his minions wear with the white mask or Hoslow helm. But as a nod to Bloodborne (Bc Blood & formless mother deity) i also wear this as my headpiece a lot

How the f*** do you beat Radahn completely solo????
My 3rd play through and he’s the only boss I haven’t fought and beat completely solo… I’ve always used the NPC’s
I’m level 74 and I can’t touch him…. I die almost immediately, can’t even get him to phase 2
They completely nerfed him he used to be way stronger. I suck at these games and i first tried his nerfed version with ease. He needs to get buffed again imo
Truly, the greatest game of all time. DS3 and BB will always hold a special in my life but dam this is just superior to everything
It would have been if they took more time. Too many reskins, balancing issues & realizing near the end that some stuff just got a tiny bit too same-y holds it back from taking over BB for me, which was just very compact and left you wanting more while still feeling complete. Elden Ring is the most ambitious and a DLC might take it to the number 1 spot for me but for now it's at #2
Been replaying DS3 rn and the bosses are just so much better in terms of fairness and fun while solo'ing
DS1 = Best interconnected world
DS3 = Best boss roster
Elden Ring = Most ambitious world and fun build variety
BB = Most gripping atmosphere, lore and best overall game and combat

I've never seen this before

Yeah scarlet rot on Radahn is some of the easiest cheese ever
my boy deserves better than that

I’m a big DS2 supporter because I feel like it gets a lot of unnecessary hate and was really innovative in terms of new mechanics and build variety but they finally added the best of that (power stance, build variety) in Elden Ring so unfortunately there’s now no compelling reason to go back to DS2 except for the novelty factor IMO

Fax, i personally reside in the camp of ''don't really like this as a souls game'' though
You have to go to the exact vantage point (some can be really hard to find) and look at the painting in your inventory, each one has unique rewards
This is crazy wtf

The problem is closing the gap to get under him. He killed me in 2 quick hits every time.
Then I got smart and used rotten breath on him and let that take all his health down while I ran away and doing occasional drive by hits.

Lmao I got this but couldn’t let me ass been seen walking about with a giant vagina on my head

That's a sweet loadout man, I've stuck with the default Confessor armour the whole way through, on my second playthrough I'm gonna experiment with different loadouts
Basically my playstyle is: Get as close to 100% with weird personal restrictions to make the game harder on my first playthrough (which has been ongoing since February), then once I've gotten basically all the items I can, beat the game, I've recently discovered the ending basically allows you to choose between mending runes which frees me up a lot, then use my second playthough to experiment with all kinds of different outfits, weapons, spells and stuff
This game is gigantic, my quest to tie up loose ends before I burn the Edrtree has led me to 7 new boss fights, tons of new locations, bumping into NPCs I'd forgotten about and continuing their questlines, the amount of content is absolutely insane
