What’s the matter bro, let em have their fun
THEY’RE NOT PLAYING THE GAME THE RIGHT WAY BRO

"I spent 300 hours on Malenia so everyone else has to do it too"
Might have to copy that build
Cop the spiked caestus from a merchant in dragonbarrow, bleed damage necessary af.
Then there’s only 3 stats you need to pump, VIG-END-STR.
The caestus does mad poise damage too you can beat through a shield enemy easy. When using the Endure ability it only lasts 3 seconds which is roughly enough time to get off two R1’s which is 4 punches, then you hit the Endure skill again and rinse repeat, backing off to heal as needed.

Bet, gonna test out this build later today

Hell I was using the mimic tear left and right when I got it
If From gives tools to help me, ima use em. F*** all that making it as hard as possible s***, that’s for the birds bruh

mfs don’t accomplish s*** in real life so they put an undue amount of importance on beating some video game, lame as hell

For sure, use whatever you think is fun fr, the bloodhound step can be seen as cheese but it’s fun to use. Not all hard games are fun so just making s*** difficult for yourself is not going to make the game more fun.

I ended up having to do stuff in reverse order lol, didn't even know the Baleful Shadow existed so I had no idea why I couldn't leave the boss arena
Here's the thing tho, I don't wanna get spoiled too much, but if I complete the quest, am I 'locked in' to Ranni's ending? It's the only one I've heard about and I don't really want it for my character

not locked in so youre gucci
wont say any more
and props for doing all of this blind, it’s a lot more confusing but so much fun to just discover stuff by yourself

Appreciate it man, honestly it's so rewarding just putting stuff together in your head and not knowing what's coming, I very rarely look stuff up, but talking to the miniature doll at the specific site of grace three times then fighting a boss in an area I forgot existed was something I would have never figured out on my own
I love talking about stuff on forums when it comes to From games tho, it really feels like everyone's on the same journey together, same reason I love the ghosts feature in-game, I remember walking into a boss room and seeing a player's ghost doing the same, then doing the animation where you try to use an item you've ran out of, like 'sucks for that guy lol', there's a real sense of community in From games that's on a different level to most others

yeah don’t get it twisted i still need to look up a lot of s***
especially with elden ring there is no way i would have figured out a bunch of things on my own cause im a smooth brained mf
the community involvement and interaction is definitely a huge factor into why this is one of my most favourite series ever, games wouldnt be anywhere near the same experience without them. the fact that so many people are still engaged and invested in this game two months later speaks volumes
They play through worth checking out? Afro really been the only one I've watched that has had me dying consistently
Afro has been having me in stitches lmfao. The Melenia and Rahdan videos are comedy gold lmao
Astel, Naturalborn of the Void is DESTROYING me rn, is there any way to avoid the attack where he throws you in the air?
It's probably the easiest legend boss. Just die a few times to learn his attacks. Once you do that, you can use the invincible frames of the dodge to evade his AOE gravity slam attack, learn to go under him when he's doing that spacial slash attack that has a delayed explosion, the meteor attack just stay close to him, when he starts moving his mandibles in a chomping motion roll under him. He really only has 4 attacks that are all predictable. It's his clone that's a problem, but it too is just low on HP and can be easily killed before he gets any attacks off.
Forgetting you had a Sacrificial Twig on and wasting it on a tiny amount of runes<<<<<<<<
been farming these cleanrot knights in the swamp for hours and still haven't gotten a spear or scythe but I've got 10+ swords
