I’m really surprised that this is a lot of peoples first from software game. I remember way back when I was in GameStop looking at two games that just released . Demon souls and dragon age origins . Long story short my ass went with dragon age origins. Kinda had missed out on demo souls but when I heard dark souls was announced later on it was a done deal.

Played the f*** out of that game, exploited the f*** out of that game. Went through blighttown hell. It’s been a wild ride tbh . Kinda looking forward to armored core and seeing how Miyazaki puts a new spin on it. It’s kinda crazy to think we’ll see a old game revived with inspiration of that games style and what Miyazaki knows now.

Always wondered what a sci-fi souls would look like but I know it would probably just be 30% souls influenced and more Qol interesting changes that reviews old gameplay from the series.

God I love this game so much. It’s crazy how much more I love it with every hour I put in. Found myself at the Ainsel River boss/room and Whooped godrick too only took me like an hour or two once I got there, got my endurance up to give me med load with my shield & halberd and I was right on him rolling around on my bloodborne s***

I am loving the frenzied flame incantations. Probably gonna base my build on it from now on + some lightning too

the intro cutscene pretty much sets most of it up and shows u what ur doing and why
