Not really “a fat amount” lol. Just don’t eat meat for even one meal a day and you’re nearly nearly doubling that
Or you could simply not eat meat for only 3 meals in an entire week and that would be 1/5
(This is assuming you eat 3 meals a day and eat meat at each meal ofc)

Yeah man it's only 20% less. So if you eat beef five times a week, that would mean eating four times a week. I think that is pretty feasible for most people
