bath salts is a media term that originally referred to MDPV, which has the methylene-dioxy group that mdma has (and was sold as molly to people) but differs in that it has standard stimulant effects rather than entactogenic ones (that serotonin rush) but has since become a catch all term for stims in the pyrovalerone/cathinone class as a scare tactic. The original bath salts guy in florida that ate face was confirmed to only be on weed btw, and it was psychosis.

4-mmc is in the cathinone class (derived from the Khat plant popular in in ethiopia) yea, its a releaser like mdma, lasts like 45-60mins snorted and about 2x as long orally. Very euphoric, people compare as a cross between molly and coke. It used to be sold like 10-20$g in the Uk when it was legal and hella people became addicted though. Unlike molly you can keep redosing and coming up, and in standard doses (ie not binging the whole bag) the comedown isnt too bad.

4-mmc is prob the only cathinone worth trying (imo, i dont have plants to try any others), others aren't as good (effects-wise) and have more side effects, worse safety profiles (chlorinated caths like 3-cmc are neurotoxic for sure), and are some of the most fiendish d**** possible (vaped a-pvp/a-php etc, people say its impossible to stop until you finish it, no matter how much u have which is wild).

So far it’s been super chill for me, really clearheaded compared to mdma/mda too. but I’ve only done 300mg for the night, I’m saving the other 1.7g to split with 3 ppl Friday so we’ll see how it is then. Also this one def shouldn’t be used often, best to stick to the mdma 3 month rule, though when it was popping people were going on multi day multi gram binges on the regular so I guess to some extent it remains effective with redosing (relative to mdma) but with tolerance increasing also. def don’t recommend that tho. Also extended use (of any stim) will lead to psychosis, make sure to get sleep.

Oh yea 2c-b is flames, took some of that at a couple shows last Thursday. Very stimulating, makes u wanna dance, cool visuals different from lsd, body high extremely enjoyable. Low doses are mostly body high. very lucid, can talk easily and it’s not constant mindfuck like acid. Also combining with molly is extremely good, it’s like ur vision goes 10k HD 500fps, highly recommend.

2c-c is nice also, most comfortable psych I’ve done, absolute zero restless jittering n fidgeting that’s on acid, any chair you’re sitting on is the perfect place to be right then. visuals similar to 2c-b but different less neon color and more pastel like. They’re very droopy. objects just have like a shine to them, like the texture of a bubble almost, and it’s (texture) moving in the style of like the animation from I think Pokémon it’s like an item and a silver blade shape flashes idk how to explain wtf I’m talkin bout.

2c-d is really really good for shows, makes music sound amazing. orally (30mg) it gives me a good bit of nausea the first 2hours or so, visuals are very unique, ofc colors are enhanced etc but the textures don’t really flow in the bg. there’s like spacial distortions where things seem both close and far apart. Kinda similar to ketamines visuals but different. But 2c-d and ket is 🔥🔥😆 sheeeeesh the visuals are just fantastic. I honestly can’t recalll them right now but the two other ppl I’ve done it with both agree it’s a very top top combo. and ofc music is amazing on it, comparable or better than acid + k for music, won’t say better yet cuz I’ve only done acid n k once hellla long ago and it wasn’t much. and every time I’ve done the 2c-d k combo my homies wanted to play weird tripping ambient sounds for the music and look at light projectors (which is cool and I don’t mind on other psychs, but this needed music )

funny story regarding m, the only time i did it i was drunk asf anyway, so i didn't really differentiate from the two and i was at a party and there was no bottle openers to be found and these chicks had booze, so i foolishly volunteered to open the bottles with my teeth the procedure was painless at the time, but cot damn the next morning my teeth felt like it had been eating a brick.
