We're talking bout drake here, those songs releasing traditionally or not would of been more successful any year but this one
Drake needed to take a proper break before the beef even happened, but now it's all more of a reason for him to take a break. Ye is a good example of how bad pr can roll over by leaving the public eye for a while. Drake has stayed in thr public eye nonstop for years, people have gotten tired of it
It's not even just for the haters sake, he been needed a break for quality sake lol.

Actually, I do know that. Party just dropped an album earlier this year that he himself said he spent a long-ass time perfecting. This collab project is happening because Drake put it into motion and he wants it. It doesn't happen otherwise. It'll be released under the copyright "OVO, under exclusive license to Republic Records, a division of UMG, Inc." and Drake will most likely have more solo tracks than Party.
