Sounds unlikely to me, ik AK is a good source but it's weird .. Drake hyping the beat now specifically and being so surprised it leaked when he’s been sitting on it for a year, Pressa's whole team/crew would've f***in heard it and they did a whole shoot with the song.
Idk maybe the current ICEMAN version is diff and the one that leaked is an older one

the new version of “National Treasure” is “Plot Twist”. Or possibly a solo version of National Treasure that turns into Plot Twist, because we do know how much Drake likes beat switches.
The reason I’m saying this because the two songs have the same 808 or bass pattern (one of them). The first time I heard this leak, I thought it was Plot Twist for that reason and then realized it’s the elevator beat after hearing the intro.

Genuinely can’t find any proof of it but there was a 7 second snippet floating around of the “trust me this ain’t bout revenge but I get along better with your friend” part in CDQ
It was during the CLB rollout around when Race My Mind (intoxicated) was leaked, but it was pretty hard to find and I probably only found it through KTT2
