In case you haven't noticed, there's like a dozen narratives already lined up regardless of what he does. Yes, let them say Kendrick pushed him out. When they go 2 a year without him being active, they'll be the same ones begging for him to return because Kendrick doesn't have what it takes to dictate culture or run the rap game. He never has.

This isn’t the radio or magazines of the 90s or early 2000s. You’ve got literal vultures and wolves waiting to destroy anything Drake does by way of creating viral content, making long form videos dissecting everything, drawing and contrasting everything with aimless hypocritical agenda-driven written articles…not to mention the scavengers of content in streamers and blogs looking for ANY indication of life or movement they can twist into a narrative.

In other words, this is worst than any of us can truly imagine because he’s stuck in a literal golden cage of fame and scrutiny.

Took a long weekend for the 4th & was outside. Drake was very much still in rotation everywhere I went.
