I agree on him not caring as much but this beef has given him an out and he'd be unwise not to take it. Call out the rap game's bluff on discrediting everything you've done and painting you out to be someone you're not — leave. Don't drop any new music. Go on and live you life for at least a full year. Leave it to Kendrick to run things and see how he fares.
If he does that and Kendrick does run things then Drake reign is over there’s pros and cons of waiting and dropping soon I think dropping sooner than later is smarter

He should go on his own accord and retire or take a lengthy hiatus when he wants to.

Oh and btw, there's absolutely nothing wrong with Drake's reign being over right now. As big a fan as I am, all I want to see him do after this beef is starve the rap game of his presence. That's the only way people will come around to start appreciating him again. Nothing else will correct that.

In case you haven't noticed, there's like a dozen narratives already lined up regardless of what he does. Yes, let them say Kendrick pushed him out. When they go 2 a year without him being active, they'll be the same ones begging for him to return because Kendrick doesn't have what it takes to dictate culture or run the rap game. He never has.
