I want Drake to challenge himself and try to hold his own with the new voices we got right now, cross genre, just to see what he wants the future of music to sound like, who he believes in

He just dropped a song with J Hus and while not the craziest verse ever, it was an enjoyable song

I feel like artists should try to maximize their impact by trying new s*** not just trying to satisfy what their day one fans say they want to hear

I respect this perspective

I always felt like Drake albums are dope when he does a lot of features, it’s almost Kanye esq

LR and MBDTF were jam packed with the hottest features of their time and those are considered his best albums

TLOP and Donda were pretty feature heavy too

I think Views, More Life, and CLB were Drake feature heavy projects. HNM and Her Loss were short on feats so I’d be down for another big album with exciting feats as long as everyone brings their A game and it’s done tastefully
