"this isn't an album"
"why?"
"i always wanted to do it"
lmfao I mean like a typical drake album. Not all dancehall tracks
Insiders say drake this week Uzi and chase next week Travis 2 weeks
Edit: take this with a grain of salt it doesnât mean much since these types of things are usually wrong

Who
how does HN being something he always wanted to do make it not count as a full length??
Itâs different than a normal drake album itâs like a side project
He hit this nuggets bet, he might get excited and announce tonight lol

He literally called it his 7th studio album. It's an album.

I didnât say it wasnât! But I meant in terms of listening to his music it doesnât feel like heâs dropped 3 in a year bc 2 of them are pretty diff

If you're gonna post something like this, link who said it.

I just said take it with a grain of salt, because these types of things are generally 50/50 anyway

Doesn't matter. Link the person/people who said it so people can see for themselves.

cheers for adding in the edit, but not adding the source.

you can't say an album isn't an album cuz it's different lmao
Kanye would have like 3-4 albums in that case

Itâs not hard to understand what he means lmao.
No two Kanye albums sound the same nor does he take the same creative approach on multiple albums. Whereas Drake has a formula (for lack of a better term) on his full length studio albums thatâs very apparent throughout his discography.
Honestly, Nevermind is the first that really breaks that formula which is why heâs saying it feels like a side project (even though it isnât).
Even Drake himself has commented on that approach he takes to his studio albums before, where he feels like he has to appease every corner of his fanbase. HN was the first time he didnât do that with a full length album.

just post the source dawg the f*** lol bro really gatekeeping a rumor
all we need are:
you can keep the rest
You don't like the current landscape of music?
man I got a whole wishlist of artists I want Drake to collaborate with
G Herbo
EST Gee
Dominic Fike
Ella Mai
Post Malone
Tekno
Davido
SZA
Roddy Ricch
Don Toliver
Summer Walker
SoFaygo
YEAT
Halsey
smh too many of y'all just want Drake to rehash his old s*** for an hour straight so you can convince yourselves its a "classic"
me personally, its the more the merrier. Drake knows he's talented when he locks in with people like PND and Ross
I want Drake to challenge himself and try to hold his own with the new voices we got right now, cross genre, just to see what he wants the future of music to sound like, who he believes in
He just dropped a song with J Hus and while not the craziest verse ever, it was an enjoyable song
I feel like artists should try to maximize their impact by trying new s*** not just trying to satisfy what their day one fans say they want to hear
I just said take it with a grain of salt, because these types of things are generally 50/50 anyway
an insider said it (i made it up)
He literally called it his 7th studio album. It's an album.
THANK you

ok but. all he said was it wasn't an album cuz "it's something he always wanted to do" which I found hilarious.
I understood what he meant the whole time, just clowning him
still the argument that it's "not an album" because it's a different style/formula/genre doesn't make any sense
Drake fans are serious
