I've seen a lot of people with HNVM in their top 5, but when you flashback a year ago everybody claimed it was his worst album ever
its the Drizzy cycle
Real ones always win in the end
Fake s*** will be gone tomorrow
"Honestly Nevermind which whether ppl like it or not is probably his most focused album since NWTS"
I love this album but some of y'all gotta stop with this nonsense. The vocals on this album are NOT the most focused since NWTS at all.
I just meant as far as concept and general theme being consistent throughout the entire project
All I know is that we won

On KTT for sure but Twitter/general public still hates HNVM
I just don't understand how this could have happened.
Her Loss was such a step in the right direction, it was the first great Drake project to me (to some degree HNVM was good as well) in years.
I just don't understand how we went from songs like Major Distribution, I Guess It's F*** Me, and Hours in Silence to this. There's no back outside boys, Jumbotron s*** popping on here either. To me, Her Loss is a classic. This project IS NOT it.
As a Drake fan, the highs are just not as the usual highs, and the lows are significantly lower.
I feel as though the same thing he said about Thank Me Later happened here, he mentioned making that album on tour I believe. Quality dived because he was too focused on touring instead of creating.
If he did the last paragraph we probably wouldâve never got Honestly Nevermind which whether ppl like it or not is probably his most focused album since NWTS
And HNVM was under polished as hell and half that album went absolutely NOWHERE.
He has too many yes men around him and is too far up his own ass to think half of those vocal âperformancesâ and songs shouldâve been on a Drake album.
Aint that one of the reasons we listen to music. Listening to music is basically a guilty pleasure thing to do in our lives.
I wouldnât call music a guilty pleasure. Art is one of the pillars of humanity that makes us human.
Itâs expression, itâs creativity, itâs connection. Music is definitely an essential part of life.
Would it be OK to say tried our best is like top 5 drake? BecauseâŚ

Idk his rapping on here sounds just like Her Loss

Say it with your chest cro

They are a loud minority with nothing better to do.
Some people just want to see s*** crash and burn.
Real ones new from the start
HNVM is in my top 3, had it on repeat all of last summer

Does twitter like anything

I feel like his voice has changed and itâs affected his singing capabilities which is why heâs more reliant on autotune now. Can see why itâs off putting to some especially on that album but I liked it I never liked R&B Drake because I thought he was an incredible singer lol
Idk his rapping on here sounds just like Her Loss
Something just isn't as good. Whether that's production, etc, I can't put a finger on it. Her Loss was a certified heater day 1, I hadn't seen that level of unanimous Drake love in years.

For me it is that way but it can feel/be like a guilty pleasure at times as well.
It's funny cause if Drake didn't say s*** about Meg on Her Loss I'm not sure what the narrative would've been around that album
Like Meg, Serena's husband, and bars that dummies thought were directed at Ice Spice became the talking points but I didn't see too many people ever call it bad music
When Drake puts out good music nowadays that's usually the last thing to be said before any other tidbit that they knicked out from the album
