CLB is trash compared to Honestly Nevermind and even Her Loss. CLB and Scorpion are messes with some hidden gems
100 %, But with hindsight you see that he had the same ambition as with Views with this album in terms of promotion after 2 years without a studio album (2018 - 2020)
That's the main ingredient tho
Not, really. It's a part of it. That's all.
Drake albums have way too much filler to be considered the strongest discography
CLB
Scorpion
Views
TML
More Life
All ass albums with some great tracks
I've always been of the opinion that if Views was cut in half, it would be his best album.
This is on the money. Sad drake gave up on making a classic album and went the jukebox streaming route

No he's a smart guy
His debate will always be look at the numbers I did
Can't really argue that against em
Now once we start breaking down the quality that's where it gets shaky for him
Peeps are just too young to realize all the hits Ye has produced
I don’t think it’s just that but it’s the fact that the antics have kind of outshined his music being celebrated tbh
Albums/full length projects definitely hold the most weight in a discography though.
Drake’s feature catalog is absolutely incredible but it wouldn’t mean s*** if he didn’t also release amazing full length projects throughout his career like he has
Yes, but quite literally a discography means all of an artist's recordings. Albums don't carry more weight automatically simply because they're albums because what if that artist preferred releasing EPs to albums?
My point is that taking all of Drake's recordings into consideration, he has the strongest catalog in mainstream rap history. I stand on that and I don't really need anyone to agree with me tbh lol.
Tyler sucks so bad LMFAO
Love me some tyler but the estate sales was not it. WHAT A DAY was fire but everything else mad forgettable

If you cut every drake album in half/rearrange the tracklists they’re all absolute masterpieces
Cut Scorpion to 10 tracks and it’s literally Thriller level
Love me some tyler but the estate sales was not it. WHAT A DAY was fire but everything else mad forgettable
DOGTOOTH and HEAVEN are forgettable?
Opinions can be wrong
Well, mine isn't. If you don't think Drake at least one of the strongest catalogs in mainstream rap history then I don't know where you've been the last 16 years.
DOGTOOTH and HEAVEN are forgettable?
Ok those 2 also fire but overall most of those joints could have stayed in the vault. Like why tf does that YG song exist
When you talk about discography you’re talking about albums in general though lol
Drake for sure has more mainstream hits than Tyler but Tyler’s work from Flower Boy to where we are today clears Drake’s last 5 albums easily and I don’t care about his newer hits lol
Lupe really only has 2 mid albums but the rest of his s*** is actually great but I see where you’re coming from.
tyler nowhere close to drake 💀
Filler talk
every drake song someone considers filler is someone elses fav song on that album lmao

Completely invalidates anything people say imo when they start using the word filler
Basically they just don't like long albums
I don’t think it’s just that but it’s the fact that the antics have kind of outshined his music being celebrated tbh

Ye was a different breed, will never be another
Tyler's latest albums are just s*** critics f*** with. They have zero impact culturally. And that has nothing to do with numbers. Tyler's music isn't influencing/impacting/setting the trend for rap in any way. It never has.
He's just a dude who raps well when he wants to and makes really good music his own way but things like impact matter a lot to me because any nigga can make a really good album. The impact that album has culturally is what carries it home because the rap albums we consider the greatest of all time weren't just good/great albums, they were also really impactful so no, I'm never putting Tyler's discography anywhere near Drake's lol.
every drake song someone considers filler is someone elses fav song on that album lmao
That’s fair but I’m also not crazy about people hiding behind that excuse tbh, Scorpion and CLB in particularly could’ve cut some stuff and idc if Ratchet Happy Birthday is two people’s favorite lol
every drake song someone considers filler is someone elses fav song on that album lmao
yeah cus niggas swear ratchet happy birthday some filler and that’s deadass my favorite song on scorpion lol
