Imho, Views, Scorpion, DLDT, CLB, FATD, and $$$ all are pretty hit or miss in quality. There's great songs but then there's filler or meh type songs that f*** up the flow of the albums.
The bloat, sequencing, and lack of a strong concept makes the albums feels unfocused and playlist-like more than a focused album. In 2022, Drake shifted towards making more focused albums again but then he regressed back in 2023.
What's interesting is that Swifties also use sales/charts to claim that Taylor is the GOAT and has entered a "new prime" with her recent output too. And she has the most albums charting on Billboard of any artist, including Drake.
When this gets brought up on Twitter though, Drake fans start sounding like Kendrick fans lol.
The only artist on planet earth whose music gets consumed more than Drake's is Taylor Swift. He's been the most consumed male act globally for YEARS now and only ever comes second to Taylor Swift. Music is subjective but the person you quoted is correct. One would think the rest of the mainstream rap landscape is pumping out songs that are heavens above the songs Drake is putting out or something when that clearly isn't the case.
Even someone like Kendrick Lamar, who gets praised for how thoughtful and "deep" his music is, just dropped an album with some of his most mediocre (however, catchy) songs ever so what are we really saying here?
You're here poking fun at Drake fans like Kendrick fans don't use critical acclaim from white men, Grammys and his Pulitzer win to affirm that he's the best rapper in the world and last year/this year, they started including commercial success in that narrative as well lol. That's just what fans do. They'll find just about anything to make a case for why the person they support is supposedly the best or supposedly makes the best music.
