It’s always so funny when Drake stans act like him remaining a top artist somehow makes him the winner of the beef in the long run lol. Crazy Cope
They think he's Jay Z yet they all hate Jay Z
It's really sad to see because while I've done my fair share of back and forths on here, I'm not arguing over stupid s*** that literally doesn't matter, especially about an artist that I don't like. Dude is different. He'll engage in a useless argument for 10 straight hours JUST BECAUSE lmao.
Drake was my second most listened to artist this year but sure, I don't like his music

He wants to be right so bad. It’s hilarious.
when they say drake is like McDonald’s because he sell/stream the most is like saying Michael’s Thriller is McDonald’s
Boy you niggas gon force these Drake - MJ comparisons every time huh?
He wants to be right so bad. It’s hilarious.
Two b**** ass losers who both have me blocked yet both still reading and commenting on my posts
This was you btw when i said drakes the most stream artist, hence his relatability.
i think u need to read again.
They definitely think Taylor Swift is only as big as she is because her fans can't relate to her music at all and because she only makes "safe music." Like it isn't THOUSANDS of artists in the world who make what could be considered "safe music" but aren't at all nearly as successful or dominant with music catalogs people won't stop revisiting

Taylor Swift still makes relatable music. Drake does not.

Taylor is popular because people live vicariously through it
He wants to be right so bad. It’s hilarious.
He's doing everything he can to talk down on Drake's success and dominance because it annoys him that he hasn't fallen off yet.

Why is Kendrick Lamar popular?
J Cole is the most relatable rapper to the average joe but he is nowhere near the top most streamed.
Relatability doesn’t make good music. Drakes music is way better than j Cole but he isn’t as relatable
i agree but i never said because his music is so relatable hes the most streamed artist. again you keep putting words in my mouth and trying to argue about something we both agree on
edit: actually i backtrack that

There was a thread on here in 2021 asking which of the Big 3 was the most relatable.
Most of the comments were saying either Kendrick or Cole.
A few were saying Drake genuinely, but most of the people that were saying Drake were doing so ironically
Yet I'm crazy for saying he's not relatable anymore
He's doing everything he can to talk down on Drake's success and dominance because it annoys him that he hasn't fallen off yet.
It annoys me so much that I directly contributed to him being the most streamed artist on Apple Music this year by having him as my second-most listened to artist of the year. You got me!
Maybe "relatable" isn't the right word but you don't remain commercially successful and popular as a musician for decades if people don't connect with your music and see themselves in the songs you make. Your songs have to speak to something in people other than just being safe or catchy for them to keep going back to your music for years and years and that's a fact.

Every song Drake dropped in 2025 flopped besides NOKIA

if were talking about the masses.. j cole doesn't make music for everyone. so technically i wouldnt say hes the most relatable

I’m saying Drakes music isn’t that relatable. The average Drake crowd consists of rows and rows of people begging for money. You think people begging for money relate to his music?
Many Drake fans have cited his lack of relatability in recent years as to partly why they believe the quality of his music has declined in recent years
His music has almost exclusively shifted to speaking about problems that only rich people have & experiences only rich people can attain
And the artist himself has said multiple times in recent years that his music is no longer relatable and that he cannot relate to the average person anymore
Knowing all of this and drawing the conclusion that his music (IN GENERAL) is no longer relatable to most people is a crazy conclusion to make?
Many Drake fans have particularly commented on the relatability of a number of his recent songs and have claimed that’s why they enjoy the songs so much - see songs like Tried Our Best, Bahamas Promises, Hours in Silence, Lasers, etc
A significant majority of his music still deals with nuances of interpersonal relationships - whether romantic or platonic
There are numerous instances of Drake literally engaging with his fans on the account of his music’s relatability - if you look at a You Broke My Heart in concerts, for example

you lost me
Drake is Apple Music, remember those "rumors" about him being in business with Larry Jackson lol No surprise here, 2025 streams dont mean s*** to me anymore just congratulate ya favorite artists and keep it movin
