Explain why it would be a positive thing for these artists to have to face censorship when releasing their music?
There won't be any censorship, and I was specifically talking about diss tracks.

But I don't think a label should launch one of their biggest campaigns of all time to push such a song - against their own Artist, mind. Some contractual obligations that they failed to fulfil

i do understand this take, and i understand why people dislike drake for this, and im 50/50 on the lawsuit as well
but drake isnt suing kendrick for saying pedophile, hes suing his label for (allegedly) doing more than they usually would in an attempt to devalue drake for his contract
NLU could've called Drake a ghost writer again and I think he'd still be filing this lawsuit
