Partial dismissal is most likely
Like 15% dismissal
25% whole case survives
60% partial dismissal
Those artificial inflation claims judge is 100% interested in hearing more about it. Even with s*** sources, UMG is horrible arguing against it. And judge feels there is something there

First point that seems to be Major:
Custodian Disputes
(“Custodian” means a person whose email, files, and communications will be searched for relevant evidence.)
Drake's Position:
Add Sir Lucian Grainge (Chief Executive Officer of UMG’s parent company), Jason Kawejsza (UMG in-house lawyer), and other senior figures to the list of custodians. Drake says these people likely have important communications about marketing, promotion, or possible actual malice (legal standard in defamation requiring proof the defendant knew something was false or acted with reckless disregard for the truth).
UMG's response:
Refuses Grainge, says he had no direct role, and any relevant emails would be “duplicative” (copies of what’s already in other people’s emails). Refuses Kawejsza, says his work is protected by attorney client privilege, and reviewing it would be a huge burden.
Claims Drake agreed in a June meeting that the custodian list was final unless “new evidence” came up and none has. Therefore Lucian and Kaweisza wont be Custodians unless Drake provides new evidence (agreed by drake's team)

If you actually READ my posts i have posted unbiased summaries of everything posted and i have also said that Drake is more likely to be able to proceed with this case to trial and drake has a chance with the artificial streams / bots angle

Did all that back and forth just to finally admit that he's indeed bias but I'm "crashing out" for pointing that out
I can also admit I'm biased in Drake winning but when me and other Drake fans would post facts about the case as well (usually OVODocket tweets with links to full court documents), many Drake haters here would say the mere fact that we were sharing those documents meant we weren't reporting on the case correctly lmao.

It's just hilarious that he was trying to get off like him simply sharing the documents meant he was unbiased when it's clear to everyone here that he wants Drake to lose this case, if only so he can come here and troll Drake fans some more.
